NV Valdo 'Marca Oro' Prosecco Brut (Veneto): A little natural tinge, much more than a bit of clean pear, and also a great deal of drink for the money. $15 B+.

NV Scharffenberger Cellars Brut Excellence (Mendocino County): Delicious. Reddish, yellow, and dark-green apples, pears, hints of reddish berry and also plum, and loads of brioche for you bread fanatics like me. $24 B+.
2022 Bird in Hand Pinot Noir Rose (Adelaide Hills): We ate raaaasperrry pureeeeeeee ... $20 B+.
